2016 Toyota Tacoma Review
The 2016 Toyota Tacoma is redesigned with all new V-engines, updated infotainment system and enhanced automatic transmission. It has a good mid-size pickup.
Toyota’s little truck has already earned a reputation for being rough and reliable. With Tacoma, the size and reputation of this truck grew. Pre-owned Tacoma has fantastic resale value,
The truck has a good balance, and can be parked quite easily. Moreover, there is sufficient room to accommodate 5 passengers. The same frame design is retained, but more high-strength steel is used, while the weight is reduced. Frame of the truck is toughened to deal with rough off-roading requirements.
Wheelbase is the same, but truck is wider and longer. The added new dimension is used to enhance interior packaging, like increasing room in the cabins for legs, hips, and shoulders.
Tacoma’s 2016 appearance has been inspired by Toyota’s race truck heritage. Even though the visual cues align with previous Tacoma, its new muscular and bold style structure sets it apart. Beneath the steel
Under the hood, sits a standard 2.7 liter I-4 or 3.5 liters V6, which includes a self-cleaning feature to eliminate deposits from high-pressure fuel injectors. V6 makes use of 6-speed automatic transmission releasing 278 Horsepower. It has 42 hp more than previous Taco with 4 liter V6. It comes with linear and strong accelerator. While mashing, the throttle does not thrust your head back, which is an obvious enhancement over 2015 model.
In 4-cylinder version with 2.7 liters Inline-4, about 159 horsepower gets released and it achieves 180 lb-ft torque when paired with manual or automatic 5-speed transmissions. On the road, you need to steer clear from these models, unless you desire to experience high-speed.

Interiors are quieter, with the entire new audio windshield which is designed with sound deadening materials. However, the sound of tyres on bad roads can be heard. New Tacoma has fresh colorful interiors, new gauges, multi-informational display, and high quality material choices.
Tacoma is equipped with GoPro mount as a rear-view mirror. Other new features are damped tailgate, Qi wireless charging, 4-panel folding tanneau cover, push button start, leather, moon-roof, and dual zone electronic climate control. Enhanced infotainment includes better touch screen audio and GPS system.

It can haul 1,620 pounds and tow 6,800 pounds, depending on trim level. Ground clearance is 9.4” at rear axles. It comes with Crawl control feature that controls brake and engine torque at each wheel while you concentrate on steering.
